Akhand Jyoti has grown into the largest eye hospital in Eastern India, operating a vast network of over 41 vision centers and 5 surgical eye hospitals, including the world’s first 'Centre of Excellence' in eye care in a rural area. Currently, the hospital screens over 1.35 million patients and performs over 145,000 surgeries annually, with 80% completely free to underprivileged patients.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) in Engineering and Maintenance located in Bihar. The AGM will be responsible for overseeing engineering operations, managing projects, conducting inspections, and ensuring the hospital's infrastructure maintains the highest standards. Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with teams, planning and executing engineering projects, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Engineering Management and Project Management skills
• Experience in Project Engineering and Inspection
• Proficiency in Civil Engineering
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Relevant experience in a healthcare or similar environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field required
