AGM - Electrical Maintenance (Carbide)

Purpose/Objective

To ensure Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Stabilization and manage Electrical maintenance activities across the GPVC complex and drive to achieve maintenance excellence.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Designing and developing electrical systems for carbide manufacturing processes, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and customer standards. Troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems, including automated operations, tooling, and sensors. Operating and maintaining equipment involved in carbide manufacturing, such as CVD/CVC reactors, and monitoring their performance. Utilizing quality tools like SPC and OEE to maintain quality standards. Responsible for 33KV line maintenance for plant operations including external & internal. Experienced in Motor & generators , capital project developments, reviewing engineering design packages introduced new developments that boost company profitability and productivity. Planning of Electrical & instrumentation activities, for maintenance , shutdown Budget estimation, inventory control, reduction in maintenance running cost and capital cost. Planning & execution of preventive and predictive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, shutdown maintenances of all electrical equipments. Ensuring compliance of all Safety and environmental parameters. Man Power handling and managing them to work daily wise

Technical Competencies

Commitment towards Safety (Lead by example, Risk evaluation & Management, Values human life, develop safety culture),Exposure in handling day-to-day plant maintenance and trouble-shooting.,Exposure of various statutory and Environmental norms.,Exposures of Substation operation , transformers etc.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification :- 1. Graduate/Postgraduate B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electrical Engineering Experiences: 1. Having 15~20 years in Electrical maintenance of large scale complex in Petrochemical, Refinery, Oil & Gas
