Agile Project Manager (Scrum Master)

Our team is passionate about technology, and we're looking for a Scrum Master who can drive agile best practices, facilitate efficient workflows, and keep our cross-functional product teams on track. You’ll be the go-to person for managing agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What you will be doing:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure smooth sprint execution
• Track and manage sprint progress using tools like Jira or Linear
• Help teams identify and remove impediments quickly
• Promote agile values, coach teams on agile best practices
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication
• Continuously assess team performance and find ways to improve efficiency and delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–6 years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development teams
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices
• Tech-aware mindset, understanding of modular architecture, microservices, DevOps practices, and component-based development
• Excellent communication skills: clear, proactive, and empathetic communicator
• Experience working with remote/distributed teams
• Hands-on experience with tools like Taiga, Jira, Trello, Linear, or similar (we use Taiga)
• Ability to work independently and lead by example
• Must be able to work full overlap with European time zones

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with manufacturing or industrial software
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, etc.)
• Experience working in early-stage or fast-growing product companies
• Familiarity with other Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
