Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in project management, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring high quality outcomes.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels and drive project success through Agile practices. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Implement and promote Agile methodologies across project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand ups, and retrospectives.

Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.

Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive communication and resolution of issues. Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members in Agile practices and project management methodologies.

Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Mandatory Skills: Extensive knowledge and experience in Agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Proven track record of managing large scale projects with cross functional teams. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
