We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Delivery Manager who brings together technical depth, project delivery excellence, and strong people leadership.

This individual will work closely with multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of software projects while aligning with client expectations and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum 6+ years of experience in software development and project delivery roles Proven track record in managing and delivering software projects across different domainsStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, sprint management, and DevOps processesBackground in one or more of the following technologies: Java, Node.js, React, Angular, Flutter, or equivalentExcellent people management and stakeholder communication skills Technical aptitude to challenge developers constructively and guide them when neededStrong analytical thinking with a problem-solving and delivery-focused mindset Exposure to tools like JIRA, Trello, Git, CI/CD pipelines, etc.Nice to Have:Experience with low-code platforms (e.g., OutSystems, Mendix, or similar)Familiarity with AI/ML-integrated systems or data-driven product developmentPrior experience in client-facing consulting roles
