About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex projects across multiple regions with minimal supervision.
  • Develop clear project plans, optimize schedules, and manage scope, budget, and benefits effectively.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues early, and implement solutions proactively.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and securing buy-in.
  • Drive change adoption to ensure smooth transitions and maximize benefits realization.
  • Produce timely and accurate project reports, ensuring quality and governance standards are met.
  • Manage resources efficiently, align team objectives, and foster a collaborative work environment.

  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
  • Familiarity with the banking or financial services sector and business transformation frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience managing large, complex projects involving multiple countries or regions.
  • Skilled in project tracking, risk management, and governance processes.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at various levels and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism.
  • Relevant certifications like PMP, Agile, or Change Management are a plus.

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of digital transformation and design thinking principles.
  • Familiarity with change frameworks and tools such as Confluence, Clarity, or GPDM.
  • Certification or training in Agile, PMP, P3O, MSP, or MOP preferred.
