Job Purpose : To build and maintain strong, long-term relationship with clients, identify new opportunities, drive sales and enhance overall client experience.

Job Responsibilities :

Business / Functional Performance (80%)

100% adherence to measurable processes

  • Total Income in Cr. (50%)
  • Net Sales in Cr. (10%)
  • NCA (10%)
  • Liabilities Growth (10%)

Customer Engagement & Hygiene (20%)

Benchmarked minimum levels of Delivery on products around customer needs

  • Personal Meeting: (5%) 100% Groups to be met in 3 months
  • Contact Management: (5%): 100% Group to be Contacted per Month • CPMR (5%): 100% Groups to be reviewed along with IA
  • NPS: (5%): Minimum >=80%

Ensuring adherence to Sales Process in driving business objectives

Cover Operating Processes for Desk, sales process Cover research and process of making recommendations

100% adherence to measurable processes

  • 5% deviation of RMs / Sr. RMs/ RHs
  • Min level of complaints and resolution with agreed TAT
  • No negative feedback in audits or in product observations

Compliance to Audit & Regulatory Guidelines

100% compliance for Self across mandatory certification:

CIEL / AMFI / IRDA / PMS / SIF

No outstanding risk profiler pending for update

100% compliance to recommended / non-recommended

funds declaration

No outstanding deferrals / exception processing outside TAT, Revert and Closure to Staff Audit Aler

Ensuring Product Mix Weightage

Benchmarked minimum levels of Delivery on products around customer needs

Ensure focus on banking products across Assets, NTB, Cards and Forex products as primary drivers and wallet share of customers for liabilities

Activities for Self-Knowledge Building, Skill Building

and Development for Self

To ensure activity is done per month

Functional / Industry Knowledge

To keep updates on functional and industry knowledge

Developing people and relationships
