Job Opportunity: Delivery Manager Business Area: International Wealth & Premier Banking About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead change initiatives within our dynamic banking environment. You will manage projects independently, engage with senior stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery by navigating challenges, risks, and opportunities with an agile mindset. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex projects across multiple regions with minimal supervision. Develop clear project plans, optimize schedules, and manage scope, budget, and benefits effectively. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues early, and implement solutions proactively. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and securing buy-in. Drive change adoption to ensure smooth transitions and maximize benefits realization. Produce timely and accurate project reports, ensuring quality and governance standards are met. Manage resources efficiently, align team objectives, and foster a collaborative work environment. What Were Looking For: Strong stakeholder management and consultative communication skills. Proven leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines. Understanding of project lifecycle and change adoption processes. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project). Familiarity with the banking or financial services sector and business transformation frameworks. Qualifications & Experience: Experience managing large, complex projects involving multiple countries or regions. Skilled in project tracking, risk management, and governance processes. Ability to influence stakeholders at various levels and work collaboratively across teams. Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism. Relevant certifications like PMP, Agile, or Change Management are a plus. Desired Skills: Knowledge of digital transformation and design thinking principles. Familiarity with change frameworks and tools such as Confluence, Clarity, or GPDM. Certification or training in Agile, PMP, P3O, MSP, or MOP preferred. Why Join Us?
