Job Description

Capgemini is actively seeking an Agile Dev Team Member III to join our dynamic team serving a prominent U.S. Insurance Carrier. In this role, you will contribute significantly to the design, development, and quality assurance of business applications. You will engage deeply with customer processes and products to enhance application support, ensuring that technical designs meet business needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting quality checks on project outputs and performing impact analyses of application changes across various components. You will provide estimates for effort and cost associated with new functionalities, recommend integration and testing criteria, and assist with implementation and troubleshooting of system issues. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong technical aptitude, capable of collaborating within a fast-paced Agile environment.
