About the Role

We are looking for a confident, detail-driven professional who will serve as a key point of contact for agents throughout their onboarding and marketing journey. This is a highly agent-facing role, requiring strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to support multiple teams with efficiency.


You will ensure every new agent is fully equipped with branding, access, marketing systems, and ongoing content support — creating a smooth transition into our ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities


  • Agent Onboarding & Coordination
  • Serve as the primary onboarding contact for NOVA and LendingHub agents
  • Create and organize drive folders / grant access to backend resources
  • Set up professional email signatures across NOVA & LendingHub brands
  • Maintain onboarding checklists, track status, and ensure timely closures
  • Coordinate agent announcements (creative + caption + upload scheduling)


Marketing & Social Media Support


  • Weekly uploading of reels, posts, and creatives for agent marketing
  • Managing listing uploads for both RE/MAX & NOVA social channels
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral
  • Assist agents with asset access, uploads, and basic promotional support


Operational & Administrative Excellence


  • Maintain up-to-date backend libraries and marketing resource folders
  • Work closely with designers/content team for timely asset delivery
  • Provide prompt response and assistance to agent marketing needs
  • Monitor workflows and identify process improvements for efficiency


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree / Graduation in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, media operations, or real estate marketing support
  • Experience working directly with internal teams/clients preferred (agent-facing tasks)


Skills & Attributes


  • Strong verbal & written communication – clear, professional, agent-friendly
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Team player – collaborates effectively with sales, marketing, and operations
  • Social media content uploading + understanding of brand guidelines
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, asset management, and workflow tools
  • Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Canva or basic design capabilities
  • Previous real estate or brokerage experience
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with urgency
