Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager - International Recruitment Manager at GSP upGrad, your role involves having a strong understanding of industry trends to inform strategic planning and forecasting within the B2B sales domain. You will be responsible for developing and training education agents on effectively promoting the brand you represent. Furthermore, sourcing agents from various channels such as fairs, business trips, inquiries, referrals, and general searches aligning with business development responsibilities will be a key aspect. Previous experience in recruiting international students using a B2B model would be advantageous. You should demonstrate a successful track record in identifying and nurturing potential business partners while maintaining existing client relationships. Conducting client research, including engaging with key figures in the industry, is also part of your responsibilities. Your role requires a high level of motivation and confidence, especially when delivering workshops, presentations, and hosting conferences. Key Responsibilities: - Understand industry trends to drive strategic planning and forecasting in B2B sales - Develop and train education agents on brand promotion strategies - Source agents through various channels like fairs, business trips, inquiries, referrals, and general searches - Recruit international students using a B2B model - Identify and support the development of potential business partners while nurturing existing client relationships - Conduct client research and engage with influential industry figures - Deliver workshops, presentations, and host conferences with confidence Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Edutech-Agency/Student Recruitment Business - Proven track record in B2B sales and business development - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Motivated individual with a drive for success - Experience in international student recruitment would be a plus,
