Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop effective recruitment plans for new agent hires or promotions within existing agencies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies across all aspects of agency management. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in life insurance industry or related field (agency management).
