Agency Manager

Roles and Responsibilities Manage agency channel sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue growth. Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development decisions and drive agency growth. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop effective recruitment plans for new agent hires or promotions within existing agencies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies across all aspects of agency management. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in life insurance industry or related field (agency management). Strong understanding of agency channel sales principles, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. Proven track record in developing successful partnerships with agents or brokers.
