Role & responsibilities Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new insurance agents, providing them with the necessary training and resources to succeed Providing ongoing coaching, guidance, and mentorship to agents, helping them improve their sales skills and product knowledge Ensuring that all agents adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements Ensuring that agents provide excellent customer service, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues effectively. Preparing regular sales reports, analyzing performance data, and identifying areas for improvement. Preferred candidate profile Candidate preferred from Life Insurance or Insurance background.
