Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales performance of insurance Partners and Advisrs to achieve targets. Recruit, train, and develop new advisors to expand the business. Build relationships with clients through regular visits and maintain accurate records. Identify cross-selling opportunities for life insurance products and generate leads. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in insurance sales or related field (preferably life insurance).
