Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Manager or Senior Agency Manager, based in Jorhat. The role focuses on the recruitment, training, and development of a team of financial advisors to achieve business and revenue targets. Responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, identifying growth opportunities, building strong relationships with customers and advisors, ensuring high performance, and contributing to the company's long-term business objectives.

• Strong sales and business development capabilities, with the ability to devise and implement effective sales strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet targets, manage priorities, and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Knowledge of the insurance and financial services industry is preferred, along with familiarity with relevant products and markets.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required; a degree in business or finance-related fields is advantageous.
