Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jabalpur for an Agency Manager. The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents to drive sales and achieve business targets. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, conducting performance evaluations, organizing training programs, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
