Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Rajnandgaon. The Agency Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the agency channel, recruiting and training agents, driving sales, and ensuring target achievement. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
