Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Hyderabad. The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents. They will oversee daily operations, set targets, and ensure that agents achieve their sales goals. The role includes developing strategic plans to increase customer acquisition and retention, conducting performance reviews, and providing ongoing support and guidance to the team. The Agency Manager will also be involved in market analysis and reporting, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

Experience in recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents
Skills in strategic planning, target setting, and team management
Proficiency in market analysis and reporting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
