Job Title: Agency Manager

Job Purpose:

As an Agency Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by building and leading a team of high-performing financial advisors. Your core responsibility will be to provide expert financial guidance, develop sound financial strategies for clients, and foster a culture of performance and accountability within your team.

You will assess clients financial goals, offer tailored investment solutions, and guide them toward secure and profitable financial decisions. This role also involves training, mentoring, and supporting advisors to ensure long-term client satisfaction and business profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Licensing

• Recruit calibre prospective advisors.
• Ensure timely licensing and onboarding to meet annual recruitment targets as per the Goal Sheet.

1. Training & Development

• Provide hands-on training and continuous development support to advisors.
• Monitor performance and guide them in achieving individual and team sales objectives.

1. Business Performance & Client Retention

• Drive team performance to achieve investment targets and maintain persistency in business.
• Ensure high standards of client service and relationship management.
