Agency Growth Manager

As an Agency Growth Manager (AGM) at our company, your primary responsibility will be to prospect, meet, and convert potential customers in order to consistently achieve sales targets with a good sales closing ratio. You will be expected to conduct day-to-day sales and recruiting activities to select high-quality Insurance Advisors by prospecting, identifying, and sourcing individuals through presentations, constant follow-ups, collection of necessary documentation, and ensuring their attendance in training programs. Furthermore, you will play a key role in training the Insurance Advisors through classroom and on-the-job training, which includes accompanying them on sales calls, conducting mock presentations, and providing necessary support to help them achieve their sales and recruitment targets. Your ability to possess good storytelling skills will be crucial in this role. In order to achieve business targets, you will be required to plan and implement strategies to reach sales targets on a monthly basis by setting individual targets for each Advisor in the team. This involves considering the potential of each Advisor alongside the overall business target. Your leadership skills will also be essential in motivating and developing the team of Insurance Advisors, sustaining their motivation through personal examples and conducting motivational sessions, focus group discussions (FGDs), feedback programs, and more. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience in any industry, with prior experience in the Life Insurance industry being a plus. Additionally, possessing good experience as a mentor and coach to MDRT agents, understanding persistency ratio, and having knowledge of life insurance products will be beneficial.
