Recruit, develop, and handhold agents from various segments such as:
Retired professionals
Ex-NRIs
Home makers
Entrepreneurs
And other aspirants seeking part-time/full-time income
Train and support the recruited advisors to ensure consistent performance.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across defined parameters.
Ensure team motivation, business development, and customer relationship management.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: 2–3 years in sales/marketing (Insurance/Financial services background preferred)
Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹765,309.11 per year
