The role involves recruiting, developing, and managing a team of Life Insurance Agents/Advisors to drive business growth through the agency channel. This is a high-impact role focused on sales, team development, and achieving branch targets. Key Responsibilities:Recruit quality Life Insurance Agents/Advisors from the local market. Train and develop recruited agents on product knowledge, selling techniques, and business processes. Motivate and lead agents to generate business and achieve individual and team sales targets. Conduct joint field calls and provide on-ground support for client acquisition and policy sales. Monitor agent performance and ensure consistent productivity. Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, clients, and branch staff. Provide regular updates and reports to the Branch Manager. Requirements: Minimum Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree required). Minimum 1 year of experience in sales; experience in life insurance or financial services preferred. Strong local network and knowledge of the Velachery/Chennai market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in achieving sales targets. Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork.
