Job Summary:The Agency Development Manager (ADM) is responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of insurance advisors or agents to achieve sales targets and business growth. The ADM plays a key role in driving sales performance, ensuring productivity, and maintaining strong relationships with agents and clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Training Identify and recruit potential insurance advisors/agents through various channels. Conduct induction programs and training sessions to enhance agents’ product knowledge and selling skills. Motivate and mentor agents to ensure consistent performance. 2. Business Development & Sales Drive sales through advisors to achieve monthly and annual business targets. Plan and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration. Monitor daily sales activities and provide performance feedback to agents. 3. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors, clients, and key stakeholders. Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and timely support. Address grievances and resolve issues promptly. 4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track agents’ performance against business goals. Prepare regular sales reports and submit to management. Analyze data to identify improvement areas and take corrective actions.
