We are looking for a dynamic and driven Agency Development Manager to join our team. This role is field-office based and involves regular travel within the region to build and manage a network of agents. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working outside a traditional office setup, meeting partners on ground, and driving business growth through effective relationship management. Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents or channel partners. Minimum exp 24 month as field sales officer Drive business growth by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Support agents in sales activities and help them achieve their business goals. Conduct regular field visits and meetings to monitor agent performance. Maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure long-term engagement and productivity.
