Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Agency Development Manager (ADM) to build, train, and lead a team of agents/advisors for promoting our financial and insurance products. The ADM will be responsible for recruiting agents, driving business growth, and ensuring consistent performance through training, motivation, and field support.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of agents/advisors.
• Achieve monthly and annual business targets through the agency channel.
• Conduct product and sales training programs for agents.
• Guide agents in selling society’s insurance and financial products effectively.
• Monitor performance and ensure adherence to company and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct regular review meetings and motivate the team to achieve goals.
• Build strong relationships with agents, customers, and branch teams.
• Participate in marketing and promotional campaigns to generate leads.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and share updates with management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduation in any discipline (MBA/PG preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in sales, insurance, banking, or cooperative sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve targets and drive performance.
• Self-motivated, field-oriented, and goal-driven.
