Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the agency channel, based in Kammanahalli, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
  • Provide training and support to agents and other staff members to enhance their sales skills.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to optimize business outcomes.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the agency channel model and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
