Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the agency channel, based in Kammanahalli, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
Provide training and support to agents and other staff members to enhance their sales skills.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to optimize business outcomes.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of the agency channel model and its dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client interactions.
