Role & responsibilities

Order Intake - Services Sales
Business development for service offerings
Review Working Capital debtors & inventory
Lead process improvement initiatives

Timely Submission of offers
Manage customer relationships through regular visits
Undertake site visits with a beat plan to develop deep understanding of installed systems
Guide customers with value-adding approach
Generate opportunities upgrades, rebuild, spares
Develop technical know-how of WMS/Automation
Review spares inventory levels in line with installed base
Review collection of outstanding invoices.
Cross-functional collaboration for implementing process improvement initiatives with predefined road-map.
Preparing business review presentations and analytics
