Job Description

1. After-Sales Support: Act as a primary point of contact for clients post-project completion. Provide timely and effective resolution to customer queries and concerns. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly. 2. Service Coordination: Coordinate service activities related to gas projects, ensuring seamless execution. Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to schedule and manage service appointments. Develop and maintain a comprehensive service schedule and database. 3. Sales Responsibility for AMC and Service Packages: Identify opportunities to promote and sell Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and service packages to existing customers. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to design attractive service offerings and campaigns. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored AMC and service solutions. Drive revenue growth by achieving targets for AMC and service package sales. Provide feedback on customer requirements to refine and improve service offerings. Technical Assistance: Offer technical support to clients and troubleshoot issues related to gas systems. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure quick problem resolution. Conduct training sessions for clients on the proper usage and maintenance of gas systems. 5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of scheduled service activities, client interactions, and issue resolutions. Generate periodic reports on after-sales service and AMC sales performance for management review. Keep records of customer interactions in the CRM system. 6. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement in after-sales service, coordination, and AMC sales strategies. Provide feedback to the sales teams regarding customer needs and market insights. Propose and implement enhancements to optimize customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue generation. Qualifications and Experience: • Bachelors degree in related field. • Proven experience in after-sales service, support coordination, and sales of AMC/service packages. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of gas systems is a plus.
