Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Affiliate & Vendor Growth Partner located in Trivandrum, with the flexibility for partial remote work. The Affiliate & Vendor Growth Partner will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new affiliates and vendors, managing existing partnerships, and optimizing vendor and affiliate relationships to drive growth. The role includes analyzing performance data, negotiating contracts, and developing strategies for expanding market reach. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align goals and ensure successful partnerships will be a key part of this position.

Qualifications

Strong negotiation skills and experience in relationship management with affiliates and vendors
Proven expertise in business development and partnership strategies
Knowledge of market trends and effective marketing strategies for growth
Excellent analytical skills for performance tracking and strategy improvement
Effective communication skills for strategic interaction with partners and stakeholders
Experience working in a hybrid work environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
