About the Role

Affiliate Partner Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and publishers.
• Assist in onboarding new affiliates and ensuring smooth integration.
• Monitor daily affiliate campaign performance and optimize for higher ROI.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance data.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and tech) to implement offers and promotions.
• Ensure affiliates comply with company policies, terms, and conditions.
• Research and identify new affiliate opportunities to expand the partner base.
• Support in negotiation of affiliate deals, commission structures, and payouts.

Requirements:

• 6 months – 1.5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or partnership management.
• Strong understanding of CPS, CPL, and CPA models.
• Proficiency in using affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and paid ads is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
