Global Affiliate Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new affiliate partners across international markets
• Coordinate and support affiliate onboarding processes including tracking setup, agreements, and guidelines
• Communicate regularly with global affiliates to provide updates, creative assets, and performance insights
• Monitor affiliate performance and campaign metrics using affiliate tracking platforms
• Ensure timely and accurate tracking, reporting, and payment coordination
• Assist in developing and executing strategies to grow international affiliate sales
• Maintain affiliate database and manage documentation, terms, and communications
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and tech teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership coordination
• Experience with international markets or global partner onboarding is a strong plus
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms like HasOffers, Impact, CJ, or similar
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal)
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple affiliate relationships simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of KPIs like CTR, CPL, CPA, ROI
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic performance reporting
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
