Role Overview: As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist at Shop LC, a subsidiary of Vaibhav Global Ltd (VGL), you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing the affiliate marketing programs. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape. Your focus will be on managing and growing relationships with affiliate partners, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance data, ensuring compliance, and fostering collaboration with various departments. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to align with company goals. - Manage and enhance relationships with affiliate partners for effective collaboration and performance. - Recruit new affiliates who resonate with the brand values and maintain program alignment. - Create, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns to maximize revenue and ROI. - Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights for improvement. - Develop creative assets, landing pages, and promotional materials for affiliate partners. - Track and analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement. - Prepare detailed reports on affiliate marketing performance for senior management. - Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies in all affiliate marketing activities. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate strategies with overall objectives. - Communicate effectively with affiliate partners, offering support and resolving issues promptly. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Experience in affiliate marketing with a successful track record in campaign management. - Strong understanding of affiliate marketing networks, platforms, and tools. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Proficiency in Google Analytics and affiliate tracking software. - Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with affiliate partners. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving. Preferred Skills: - Experience in content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing. - Understanding of GA4 and Northbeam, along with Microsoft Excel proficiency. - Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
