Responsibilities:

• Build and manage strong relationships with affiliate partners and publishers
• Negotiate advertising deals and onboard new affiliates
• Identify growth opportunities and drive revenue through performance-based strategies
• Collaborate with campaign managers to ensure smooth execution and delivery
• Track, analyze, and optimize partner performance and campaign ROI

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in affiliate sales, ad-tech, or performance marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Sales-driven, target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tracking tools is a plus
