Conduct staff briefings, performance reviews, and on-the-job training. Maintain staffing levels and support recruitment when required. 🤝 Client Experience & Relationship ManagementGreet VIP clients, ensure high satisfaction, and handle escalations or special requests. Monitor feedback systems and follow up on concerns or suggestions. Maintain confidentiality and ensure client data is handled professionally. 💰 Sales & RevenueAchieve monthly revenue targets via treatment/package sales and client retention strategies. Promote packages, upsell services, and maintain high conversion rates from inquiries. Maintain stock and product sales inventory (cosmetics, skincare, etc.). 📋 Compliance & ReportingEnsure all health, safety, and regulatory protocols (FSSAI, biomedical waste, etc.) are followed. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports (revenue, footfall, leads, stock, etc.). Coordinate with head office/marketing/IT for campaigns, audits, and promotions.
