Roles & Responsibilities :- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in sectors requiring extensive on-ground marketing. Strong understanding of executing BTL marketing activities to drive visibility. Experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns and influencer store events Experience in planning and executing events, activations, and collaborations. Ability to coordinate with vendors, event partners, and local businesses for promotional activities. Willingness to travel extensively and manage field activations. Strong relationship-building skills with partners, event organizers, and stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and marketing software. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Responsibilities:- Execute on-ground marketing activities to enhance visibility. Set up promotional kiosks, activations, and event collaborations around Bodycraft stores catchment areas Develop and implement strategies for increasing engagement in strategic locations that can yield high footfall. Partner with relevant retail outlets, venues, and local businesses for BTL marketing and partnerships. Organize and manage promotional events, ensuring maximum outreach. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and improve conversion. Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and media partners for event execution. Track and report marketing budgets and expenses. Hands on with excel & spreadsheets Organized, structured & process oriented Qualifications and Education Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
