Aerospace Recruiter

Requirement and Qualification: -

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering / Aerospace/ AME.
• Knowledge of aircraft Systems configuration management and Aircraft maintenance.
• Proactive, good team player, and good organizational skills.
• Communication skills and assertiveness.
• Advanced English level is mandatory.
  

Job Responsibilities: -

• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
• The applicant will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment life cycle and attracting eligible candidates by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
• Sourcing resumes for roles in Aerospace/ Defense recruitment and screening them as per job requirements.
• Coordinating with the panels and candidates for scheduling interviews and taking follow-ups.
• Salary negotiation and documentation for the selected candidates.
• Channelize the recruitment process and maintain a pool of candidates as per requirement.
• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and resume databases.
• Experience with MS Office.
