Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and implementation of solutions on the Adobe Experience Platform.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize Adobe Campaign strategies.- Utilize Adobe Journey Optimizer Developer skills to enhance customer journey experiences.- Analyze and interpret data to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Additional Responsibilities:

Knowledge of architectural design patterns, performance tuning, database and functional designs Hands-on experience in Service Oriented Architecture Ability to lead solution development and delivery for the design solutions Experience in designing high level and low level documents is a plus Good understanding of SDLC is a pre-requisite Awareness of latest technologies and trends Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor''s degree in Technology or related field.- 8+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform.- 5+ years of experience with Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer Developer.Preferred Qualifications:- Proven track record in Customer Journey Analytics.- Experience in leading large-scale digital transformation projects.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Good to have skills:Data Analysis, Flask, Pandas, Springboot, Microservices.
