Key Skillsets:

strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS for front-end development, as well as an understanding of AEM's architecture, including OSGi, Sling, and JCR,Maven & Jenkins 

Core Skills:

• Front-End Development:

   HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS. 

• AEM Architecture:

   OSGi, Sling, JCR. 

• Java:

   Understanding Java and Java EE. 

• Problem-Solving:

   Ability to troubleshoot issues and work under pressure. 

• Communication:

   Effective communication with team members and stakeholders. 

• Collaboration:

   Ability to work with designers and other developers. 

• Testing:

   Experience with automated testing tools. 

• Version Control:

   Familiarity with version control systems like Git. 

• Adaptability:

   Willingness to learn new technologies and keep up with trends.  

• AEM Components:

   Knowledge of AEM's building blocks, such as OSGi, Sling, and JCR.  

• AEM Architecture:

   Understanding of AEM's architecture and how it integrates with front-end technologies.  

• AEM API:

   Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager APIs for interacting with AEM's back-end.  

• AEM Content Management:

   Experience with content management systems, preferably AEM.  

• AEM as a Cloud Service:

   Understanding of AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).  

ReactJS-Specific Skills:

• JSX:

   Ability to write and understand JSX.  

• React Components:

   Proficiency in creating and using React components.  

• State Management:

   Understanding of state management in React, including Redux or other libraries.  

• UI/UX:

   Ability to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.  

• APIs:

   Experience with consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL) from React.  

• Testing:

   Experience with React testing libraries like Jest or Enzyme.  

• Performance Optimization:

   Knowledge of techniques for optimizing React applications for performance.  

Additional Skills (Good to have):

• Node.js:

   Knowledge of Node.js for server-side tasks. 

• Advanced Design Techniques:

   Familiarity with advanced design techniques like parallax effects, GSAP, or Ceros. 

• Cookie Modal Development:

   Experience with cookie modal development using OneTrust. 

• Certification:

   AEM, React, or other relevant certifications. 

• HTL/Sightly:

   Experience with HTL/Sightly, AEM's templating language. 

• Digital Asset Management (DAM):

   Knowledge of AEM's DAM capabilities. 

• Personalization:

   Understanding of AEM's personalization features.  
• Develop and Deploy applications using organization's technology best practices, standards and procedures  
• Collaborate with technology teams to build and maintain web applications using CMS tool  
• Work with Product Owners, Solutions Architects and other IT and business groups to implement a quality and stable platform solution.  
• Participate in project planning sessions  
• Work in an agile, rapid development and prototyping environment.
