Job Title: Next.js + React Developer (eCommerce Experience)
Location: Remote

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Next.js + React Developer with strong expertise in building high-performance eCommerce applications, on-page performance optimization, and hands-on exposure to Headless CMS implementations.
Experience in AEM to Headless CMS migration and Sanity CMS will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance eCommerce web applications using Next.js and React.js.
• Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver feature-rich and SEO-friendly pages.
• Implement reusable components, custom hooks, and optimize state management.
• Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs for seamless frontendbackend communication.
• Optimize on-page performance, Core Web Vitals, page load speed, and Lighthouse scores.
• Contribute to AEM to Headless CMS migration initiatives, ensuring proper content fitment and structural alignment.
• Work with Sanity CMS for building schemas, content modeling, and dynamic frontend integration.
• Ensure cross-browser & cross-device compatibility.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain production-grade code.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proven experience in eCommerce development (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom platforms).
• Strong understanding of on-page performance optimization, SEO practices, and web performance metrics.
• Experience with Headless CMS and content fitment, preferably Sanity CMS.
• Experience or exposure to AEM to Headless CMS migration projects.
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, etc.
• Hands-on with SSR, SSG, and modern web architecture.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.

Good to Have

• TypeScript experience.
• Web accessibility understanding.
• Experience with Strapi, Contentful, or additional Headless CMS platforms.

• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on code quality and performance.
