As an AEM Team Lead, your role involves leading and mentoring junior developers to provide technical expertise, support, and career development guidance. You will be responsible for planning and allocating resources effectively to meet project timelines and maintain high-quality deliverables. Conducting regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback, and identifying training and growth opportunities are vital aspects of your role. Your key responsibilities include: - Conducting thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to AEM development standards, security practices, and maintainability. - Proactively identifying and addressing technical debt to maintain a robust and scalable codebase. - Defining and implementing comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the reliability and quality of delivered solutions. In project delivery and development, you will design scalable and reusable AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations aligned with business requirements. Efficiently troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues to minimize project disruption is crucial. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including clients and project managers, is essential to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Your technical expertise should include maintaining expert knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) capabilities, architecture, and best practices. Demonstrating a strong command over Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant front-end and back-end technologies is necessary. Utilizing tools such as Apache Sling, Apache Felix, CRXDE, Maven, and Git for efficient development and deployment is expected. Continuous improvement is a key aspect of your role, involving seeking innovative solutions to improve digital experience, system performance, and project outcomes. Staying updated with the latest trends, updates, and practices in AEM and web development technologies is essential. Identifying and implementing process improvements to boost team productivity and streamline development workflows should be part of your continuous improvement efforts.
