As the AEM Team Lead, your primary responsibility is to provide leadership and guidance to a team of junior developers. Maintaining expert knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) capabilities, architecture, and best practices is a fundamental requirement. Utilizing development tools such as Apache Sling, Apache Felix, CRXDE, Maven, and Git for efficient development and deployment is also part of your responsibilities. You have experience with AEM Developer tools such as Apache Felix, Apache Sling, Jackrabbit, CRXDE. You are familiar with the Java Content Repository API and have a strong knowledge of OSGi and its Declarative Services. Experience with build tools, particularly Maven, is a plus.
