AEM Developer Lead

As an AEM Team Lead, your primary role involves leading and mentoring junior developers to provide technical expertise, support, and career development guidance. You will be responsible for planning and allocating resources effectively to meet project timelines and maintain high-quality deliverables. Additionally, you will conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and growth opportunities for the team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to AEM development standards, security practices, and maintainability - Proactively identifying and addressing technical debt to maintain a robust and scalable codebase - Defining and implementing comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the reliability and quality of delivered solutions - Designing scalable and reusable AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations aligned with business requirements - Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues efficiently to minimize project disruption - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including clients and project managers, to ensure alignment and successful delivery - Maintaining expert knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) capabilities, architecture, and best practices - Demonstrating strong command over Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant front-end and back-end technologies - Utilizing tools such as Apache Sling, Apache Felix, CRXDE, Maven, and Git for efficient development and deployment - Continuously seeking innovative solutions to improve digital experience, system performance, and project outcomes - Staying updated with the latest trends, updates, and practices in AEM and web development technologies - Identifying and implementing process improvements to boost team productivity and streamline development workflows This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund and a yearly bonus.
