Core Responsibilities Statutory Compliance & Documentation Preparation of documents for Statutory Sanctions/Compliance, NOCs and all required permission for all Projects. To prepare documentation for Statutory Sanctions/Compliance for all Projects. Drafting of legal documents. Scrutiny of legal documents. Document Control & Custodianship Document Controller/Custodian. To act as document controller/custodian for all Legal documents and maintains record on M-Files. To maintain & update all Legal department data. Land Acquisition & Formalities Support for Land Acquisition activity. To act as administrator for Land Acquisition & complete formalities of land acquisition of the new project. Coordination & Support Coordination with internal departments. To maintain a to-do list for the entire Legal & Liaisoning department and ensure weekly review for the same. To maintain a to-do List for Legal & Department. To provide support to Accounts, Sales and CRM department. To coordinate with Legal Consultant & Senior advocate. CRM Support for APF, Customer queries. Coordination with senior lawyers for Search & Title Report. Follow up of court matters. Support to All internal Department. Legal Drafting & Review To support for legal draft preparation, title search report and agreement registration. Skills & Knowledge Required Good in English Communications. Good Drafting Skill in English & Marathi is essential. Should have knowledge of CIVIL / convincing Practices / Revenue Practices.
