Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Advocate PQE 10-Civil & Commercial, located in Delhi, India to work with us as Principal Associate. The role involves providing legal counsel, drafting and reviewing complex legal documents, representing clients in civil and commercial matters, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. The Advocate will also conduct legal research, develop strategies for litigation or arbitration, and provide advice on dispute resolution and contractual issues. The position requires coordination with clients and legal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.

Qualifications

• Minimum

  10 years prior experience

  in Civil Law, Commercial Law, and Contract Law
• Expertise in Legal Drafting and Reviewing legal documents
• Strong skills in Litigation, Arbitration, and Dispute Resolution
• Proficiency in Legal Research, Analysis, and Strategy Development
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) with a PQE of 10 years in Civil and Commercial Law. Prior trial court experience is preferred
