Key Responsibilities: - Provide legal counsel and representation in civil and commercial matters - Draft and review complex legal documents - Conduct legal research and develop strategies for litigation or arbitration - Advise on dispute resolution and contractual issues - Coordinate with clients and legal teams for effective service delivery Qualifications: - Minimum 10 years of experience in Civil Law, Commercial Law, and Contract Law - Expertise in Legal Drafting and Reviewing legal documents - Strong skills in Litigation, Arbitration, and Dispute Resolution - Proficiency in Legal Research, Analysis, and Strategy Development - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment - Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) with a PQE of 10 years in Civil and Commercial Law.
