Represent the company in court, arbitration, and legal hearings. Advise on legal issues related to business operations, IP, contracts, and dispute resolution. Draft legal documents and contracts to safeguard company interests. Required Qualifications:. 2+ years of experience as an advocate or litigation lawyer.
