Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute

  fundraising strategy

  for Aupulent Jewellery.
• Actively

  engage, pitch, and network with angel investors, family offices, and venture capitalists

  .
• Leverage personal networks and industry connections to secure investor meetings.
• Prepare and refine

  investor presentations, pitch decks, and financial projections

  .
• Negotiate terms and ensure smooth closure of investment rounds.
• Work closely with the founder on a

  daily basis

  to guide strategic direction and accelerate growth.

• Help grow the brand nationally and locally

  by providing guidance on scaling, marketing, and expansion.
• Provide strategic inputs on

  D2C brand building, market positioning, and scaling operations

  .

Requirements

• Proven track record

  of successfully raising funds (Rs. 1 Crore & above) from angel investors and/or venture capital firms (mandatory).
• 7+ years of experience in

  D2C, consumer brands, investment, or startup advisory roles

  .
• Strong network within the investor ecosystem.
• Excellent negotiation, pitching, and relationship management skills.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in scaling early-stage brands.
• Ability to dedicate

  consistent engagement (daily/weekly with founder)

  to push growth targets.
• Willingness and ability to deliver

  fundraising success within 6 months

  .

Compensation Structure

• ₹20,000/month

  (retainer).

• 0.5% ESOPs

  in Onecarat OPC Pvt. Ltd. (vesting terms to be discussed).

• 1% success fee on total funds raised and transferred

  to the company.
