Position: Advertising Solution Expert

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications/ Advertising.

Experience:

• Entry-level roles: 0 to 3 years of sales or customer-facing experience
• Mid to senior roles: Proven track record in sales, often 3+ years
• Generated sustained business growth through exceptional field sales performance, consistently exceeding targets.
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to translate technical marketing concepts into simple language
• Ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals
• Active listening to understand client goals and pain points
• Confidence to interact with business owners, marketing heads, media planners and negotiating deals.

Performance & Mindset

• Understanding of basic sales processes (prospecting, qualifying, closing)
• Comfortable working with

  sales targets, KPIs, and deadlines

• Self-driven with a strong sense of accountability

• Building client relationships and identifying advertising needs

• Familiarity with B2B or B2C sales environments
