Responsibilities: Develop and execute a cluster-wide technical training strategy aligned to business goals. Conduct regular training needs analyses Design, update, and deliver curricula: hands-on trainings, learning modules, certification paths, and blended learning programs. Lead, mentor, and coordinate a network of training coordinators and technical instructors. Manage training budgets, vendor partnerships, facilities, and digital learning platforms. Ensure compliance with ISO standards, industry regulations and safety protocols. Establish KPIs (e.g., competency scores, skill ratings, audit outcomes) and track training effectiveness through assessments and feedback. Collaborate with plant managers, engineering, HR, and quality leaders to align training with production and maintenance schedules.
