Job Description

End-to-End Visa Processing
Oversee the entire visa application lifecyclefrom documentation to submission and follow-up.
Ensure timely and accurate processing for various visa categories (tourist, work, student, etc.)
Maintain strict compliance with international visa regulations and consular requirements.
Coordinate with embassies and consulates to stay updated on changing policies.
Build and manage relationships with consular offices and key immigration stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between Aequs and government authorities.
Provide personalized guidance to employees on visa eligibility, documentation, and timelines.
Assist with travel planning related to immigration—such as air tickets, insurance, and foreign exchange.
Streamline internal processes to improve turnaround time and reduce errors.
Implement tech-driven solutions for tracking and managing visa applications.
